PatchFinder works best when every report reflects a real, recent pharmacy check.

• Report only what you personally checked or were told by the pharmacy or provider.
• Include when you checked. Do not guess inventory or report hearsay as confirmed availability.
• Do not include personal medical information, pharmacy employee names, phone numbers, or personal contact information.
• Availability changes quickly. A newer report is the best way to correct older information.
• Keep notes brief, respectful, and useful. Do not include links or promotional content.
• Repeated intentional false reporting or misuse may be blocked and reviewed.
