Voyage Ventures LLC, doing business as PatchFinder, operates the PatchFinder website and service. In these terms, references to PatchFinder mean Voyage Ventures LLC doing business as PatchFinder.

PatchFinder displays community-generated availability reports. Inventory changes quickly, reports can be incomplete or mistaken, and a pharmacy may no longer have the reported product. Always verify availability directly with the pharmacy or provider before traveling or ordering.

PatchFinder does not sell, prescribe, dispense, reserve, or deliver medication. PatchFinder does not provide medical advice. Do not change a prescribed strength, frequency, medication, or treatment based solely on information found here. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional about treatment decisions.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully. Submit only truthful, firsthand, recent pharmacy or provider checks. Do not submit fabricated stock claims, spam, harassment, commercial promotion, malicious links, personal medical information, prescription information, employee details, or content that violates another person's rights.

Automated attacks, attempts to bypass bot protection or rate limits, fraudulent reporting, unauthorized access, interference with moderation, and attempts to extract protected data are prohibited.

PatchFinder may review, hide, reject, restore, or limit reports and notes to protect community accuracy and safety. Moderation actions may be recorded in an audit history. Reporting content does not guarantee that it will remain publicly visible.

PatchFinder may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Directory providers, pharmacies, hosting services, and other dependencies may be unavailable or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you use the service and community information at your own risk.

These terms may be updated as PatchFinder evolves. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to that use. The date above identifies the current version.
